What Are ISS Services?

ISS (Individualized Skills and Socialization) is a personalized support program designed to help individuals build practical life skills, improve social interactions, and gain the confidence needed for greater independence and active participation in the community.

  • Daily living skills (e.g., hygiene, cooking, budgeting)

    Focuses on practical tasks like personal hygiene, meal preparation, laundry, and money management—empowering individuals to care for themselves more independently.

  • Communication and social interaction

    Teaches verbal and non-verbal skills, active listening, and respectful interactions to help individuals build and maintain meaningful relationships.

  • Community navigation and public safety

    Trains individuals to use public transportation, navigate streets, recognize safety signs, and interact appropriately in public spaces.

    Encourages participation in games, arts, sports, and group activities that boost confidence and promote inclusion.
